Refund Policy

We stand behind our work. This page explains exactly when and how you get your money back.

1. Money-back guarantee

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if any of the following happen:

We fail to file your LLC within 5 business days of receiving your complete information
The state rejects your filing for an error on our part
We make a material mistake that prevents your LLC from being usable (e.g. wrong member name on file)

The refund is processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.

2. Partial refunds (after filing)

Once we have already submitted your Articles of Organization to the state, we deduct the state filing fee we paid on your behalf. The rest is refunded.

State filing fees are typically:

New Mexico: $50
Missouri: $50
Wyoming: $100
Delaware: $110
Florida: $125

Example: you paid €189 for New Mexico, we filed → refund = €189 − ~$45 EUR equivalent ≈ €144 back to you.

3. No refunds (after these events)

We cannot refund after any of these milestones:

EIN has been issued by the IRS in your name — irreversible
30 days have passed since your order
You provided false or incomplete information that delayed/blocked the filing
The delay was caused by the state office or IRS (we don't control them)

4. How to request a refund

The fastest way:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email — we already have your case in front of us

2. Or write to hello@llcora.com with subject line "Refund request — Order #[your order ID]"

3. We respond within 24 business hours confirming the refund status

5. EIN Express add-on

The EIN Express add-on (€79,99) is non-refundable once we submit your Form SS-4 to the IRS (typically within 24h of order). Before submission: full refund.

6. Registered Agent renewal

If you cancel a Registered Agent renewal within 14 days of being charged and we have not yet performed the renewal, you receive a full refund. After 14 days or after renewal is performed, it is non-refundable but covers you for the full year.

7. Chargeback policy

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve nearly every refund directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in our refusing future service.

8. Currency

All refunds are made in the original payment currency at the exchange rate of the original charge. We do not absorb FX losses.
