2. Services

Our services include LLC formation, Registered Agent services, EIN application, and related compliance support, as described on our pricing page.

3. Payment & refunds

Payments are processed via Stripe and PayPal. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your filing is rejected by the state due to an error on our part.

4. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, complying with all applicable tax obligations in your country of residence, and filing required ongoing reports (e.g. Form 5472 for foreign-owned LLCs).
